A lot of introductions become country, programme, housing, parties. Useful information, but not a personality. I want to know what people are reading for fun, which games they are bad at, what music they put on while cooking, whether they care too much about football, and which film they will defend even when everyone says it is terrible. Maybe those details feel too small for a big group. To me they are the details that actually turn classmates into people. How do we make it normal to invite someone to watch, play, listen, cook, or walk without making it sound like a formal society or a date?
